After the specified collection date, each lot will be charged at €60 (excl. VAT) per week. Each week commenced is chargeable. Collection of lots is by appointment only. In the event of a cancelled appointment, any rescheduling will be charged at €30.

COLLECTION OF LOTS The successful bidder is responsible for their lots once they have been awarded. After the specified collection date, each lot will be charged at €60 (excl. VAT) per week. A charge is due for each week or part thereof. Lots may only be collected by appointment. In the event of a cancelled appointment, any rescheduled appointment will be charged at €30. THE DEPOSIT will be retained by the auction house in the event of non-payment within 8 days. POSTAGE & DELIVERY Postal dispatch is an optional service offered to the successful bidder; the provision of this service is not conditional upon full payment of the auction invoice. Before requesting postal dispatch, it is the bidder’s responsibility – prior to placing a bid – to enquire as to whether the auction house offers this service. The auction house reserves the right to refuse any request for postal dispatch. Postal dispatch: Postal dispatch is an optional service offered to the successful bidder, the terms of which (processing time, whether or not collection is available) shall not be conditional upon the successful bidder’s full payment of the auction invoice. Reminder of postal dispatch terms: Upon receipt of payment, ENCHERES 07, subject to acceptance of the dispatch, undertakes to dispatch the goods by post as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Once agreement has been reached and payment made, the item will be sent to the name and address shown on the purchase invoice. If the item is to be sent to a different address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to specify this when requesting dispatch by email. As damage sustained during transit is not covered by the postal service provider LA POSTE, the successful bidder releases SCP LABEILLE BRUNEL FAISANT from all liability in the event of damage sustained and noted on arrival. To ensure the best possible delivery guarantees, a list of approved professional couriers can be provided by the auction house on request.
