🔺 The auction will not take place on-site but at the auction house (auction by photographs). The viewing will take place ON-SITE ON THE MORNING OF THE AUCTION from 9.30 am to 11 am: near EVRON (53600; exact address to be provided on the morning of the auction). Collection is the responsibility of the buyer and must be arranged on-site.

AUCTION AT THE AUCTION HOUSE BY NAME - Auction fees: 14.28% or 14.40% (including VAT) in addition, with VAT recoverable - As these are judicial sales ordered by a court, the items are sold ‘as is’, without any warranty or right of claim of any kind. As a pre-sale viewing is organised to assess the condition of the items and the composition of the lots, no claims will be accepted after the sale, regardless of the method of bidding. All bids are final; there is no right of withdrawal. The lots awarded shall remain the responsibility of the successful bidders from the moment the auction is declared, even if delivery has not yet taken place, for whatever reason, in particular whilst awaiting payment. The auction house cannot be held liable in the event of loss or damage. Consequently, as soon as the lot is declared sold, the successful bidder must immediately take out insurance to cover the items they have just acquired, irrespective of the collection dates. Dismantling, loading and chartering are exclusively at the purchaser’s expense and under the purchaser’s sole responsibility – no manpower and/or equipment will be provided on site by the auction house’s staff.
The on-site exhibition enables enthusiasts to assess the quality and condition of the equipment. It also allows them to assess the context and location of the equipment within the premises, as well as the material and human resources required to remove it without causing damage to the premises. Invoices must be paid in full before removal can commence. No partial release of goods will be made in the event of partial payment.
