Any lot designated for collection that is not collected by the specified collection date will be deemed abandoned. The auction house will no longer grant access to the premises. Unless an appointment is specified in the description, the successful bidder will have 20 calendar days to collect their lot; otherwise, it will be deemed abandoned.
Any collection requested by the successful bidder outside the scheduled collection times will be entirely at their own expense and will be invoiced by the office at the statutory rate (€27.66 per half-hour, including transport, plus a mileage allowance).
