Special conditions:
The sale will be on a cash basis. In addition to the hammer price, buyers will pay 24 per cent (including VAT) on the lots. In addition, for auctions on online platforms: INTERENCHERES buyer’s fees of 1.5 per cent excluding VAT, in addition to the hammer price, amounting to 1.8 per cent including VAT. DELAYED COLLECTION OF PURCHASES AND STORAGE COLLECTION OF LOTS Unless otherwise stated, lots are to be collected from the DAGUERRE SAVOIE head office at 688 allée des Follaz, Chambéry (73000). DAGUERRE SAVOIE will provide free storage for 15 days from the date of the sale. After this period, storage charges will be invoiced at the following rates: • €5 (including VAT) per item of furniture or lot with a volume exceeding 1 m³ per day; • €2 (incl. VAT) per lot per completed week for a volume of less than 1 m³. No delivery or collection of lots may take place without full payment of the handling and storage charges. Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
