Payment must be made immediately after the auction, in cash (up to a maximum of 1,000 euros) or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted. Payment will be taken after the sale via Paybox for the live auction.

PHOTOS ARE FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. As these are judicial sales ordered by a court of law, the equipment is sold ‘as is’, without any warranty or right to make a claim of any kind. As a pre-sale viewing is organised to assess the condition of the items and the composition of the lots, no claims will be accepted after the sale, regardless of the auction method. The lots awarded shall remain at the risk and expense of the successful bidders from the moment the award is made, even if delivery has not yet taken place for any reason whatsoever, in particular whilst awaiting the correct method of payment. Consequently, as soon as the bid is accepted, the successful bidder must immediately take out insurance to cover the goods they have just acquired, irrespective of the collection dates. Dismantling, loading and chartering are exclusively at the purchaser’s expense and under the purchaser’s sole responsibility – no manpower and/or equipment will be provided on site by our firm.
