Any auction invoice remaining unpaid to MERCIER & CIE or subject to late payment may be recorded in the TEMIS database. PLEASE NOTE: We sell on behalf of several companies; it is not uncommon to have multiple invoices for a single sale. FOR GOODS LOCATED AT THE VENDEVILLE (VEN) AND CAMBRAI (CAM) – COLLECTION MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS Please ensure you comply with the collection deadlines; failure to do so will result in storage charges of €5 (excl. VAT) per day per lot. This applies to all lots purchased at our ‘major professional equipment sales’, regardless of the selling entity (Mercier Auto, Lille Métropole Enchères or Mercier CPJ) Sale fees for judicial lots: 11.90% excluding VAT, or 14.28% including VAT Sale fees for voluntary lots: 20% excluding VAT, or 24% including VAT For live auctions, an additional 1.50 excluding VAT, or 1.80% including VAT, applies to both voluntary and judicial lots

The auctioneer will specify the collection dates before the auction begins. Items may be collected once the invoice has been paid in full. Please note: no lots will be posted; no dispatch service is available. Sale inclusive of VAT – VAT is recoverable (unless otherwise stated). Please note: Since 1 January 2020, a VAT number is required for invoicing.
