Please note: If lots are not collected within 48 hours, storage charges will be invoiced at €6 (including VAT) per day per lot, plus a flat-rate fee of €80 for logistics costs. For judicial auctions, if the mandatory collection date is not met, we will charge late payment penalties, namely, from the first day, a flat rate of 10 per cent of the lot’s value plus €50 (excl. VAT) per day of delay. DELIVERY OF LOTS: Any auction invoice remaining unpaid to Mercier & Cie or subject to late payment is liable to be recorded in the TEMIS database. Our firm does not arrange for the dispatch of lots; please use a carrier of your choice.
