Payment must be made immediately after the lot has been awarded, either in cash (up to a maximum of 1,000 euros) or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted. Payment will be taken via Paybox after the live auction.

As a preview is organised to allow bidders to inspect the condition of the items and the composition of the lots, no claims will be accepted after the sale, regardless of the method of bidding. The lots awarded shall remain at the risk and expense of the successful bidders from the moment the bid is declared successful, even if delivery has not yet taken place for any reason whatsoever, in particular whilst awaiting the correct method of payment. Consequently, as soon as the bid is declared successful, the successful bidder must immediately take out insurance to cover the items they have just acquired, irrespective of the collection dates. Dismantling, loading and chartering are exclusively at the purchaser’s expense and under the purchaser’s sole responsibility – no manpower and/or equipment will be provided on site by our firm.
