Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery Category ‘B’ weapons sold by NOMINATION are delivered subject to the presentation of the following documents: - a copy of an identity card or passport - an SIA number - a firearms licence Category ‘C’ firearms sold ‘BY NAME’ are subject to declaration; bidders must provide the following in order to collect their lots: - a valid licence from the French Shooting Federation. - a valid hunting licence and proof of its current validity. - a licence from the French Clay Pigeon Shooting Federation. Your SIA number (we require a copy of your national identity card, your current address, your telephone number and your email address). Category ‘D’ firearms are available for sale to adults only. Professional buyers will be required to provide a valid copy of their licence to trade in ‘B’ or ‘C’ category firearms, depending on the classification of the lots, and their SIA number. A check will be carried out against the national FINADIA register. If the bidder is listed on this register, the sale will be cancelled without the right to appeal. Category B and C firearms will be available within 15 days at 10 rue du Pré Contal, 54300 Lunéville, to enable our gunsmith to register the SIA details.
