Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales,
1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle.
No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.
Adjudication:
As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
Payment terms: Payment is made on the spot by credit card or in cash.
Cash is accepted up to 1,000 euros.
Remote payment is by bank transfer only.
For timed auctions, a 3DS payment link will be sent to you by email as soon as the auction ends
We do not carry out any remote direct debits.
Bidding implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
Cash payment.
Any auction invoice remaining unpaid for more than 10 days will be recorded in the Temis database.
