Registration is essential prior to the sale: please bring a credit card or a signed deposit cheque + proof of identity – KBIS certificate and power of attorney for companies. Payment by bank transfer, credit card (in person only for lots totalling €2,000 or less; no remote credit card payments), or cash (for lots with a total value of less than €1,000, including fees only) Payment must be made by the bidder; any payment made by a third party will be refused. If you are bidding on behalf of a company, you must be its legal representative or hold a power of attorney from the legal representative, and you must provide us with the relevant documents no later than the day of the sale (KBIS certificate issued within the last 3 months or draft articles of association for a company in the process of being formed, identity document of the managing director and identity document of the authorised representative) In the event of late collection, storage charges of €5 per day per lot may be invoiced to you from the 15th day following the sale.
