TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – SUMMARY FOR JUDICIAL AND VOLUNTARY PURCHASERS • Any bid constitutes an irrevocable commitment to purchase. • All live auction awards are provisional pending confirmation by the Auctioneers’ or Judicial Officers’ Office; only the official record from the office shall be deemed authentic, and not the provisional information received from the live auction platform. • Photographs are not contractually binding. • Quantity, stock and weight are provided for information purposes only and are not subject to dispute. • Judicial sale – goods sold ‘as is’ without warranty. • Live auction fees in addition to sales charges: +1.8% incl. VAT or (+€72 incl. VAT for vehicles). • Court fees: 14.28% including VAT • Fees for vehicles and equipment sold by voluntary auction: 15% including VAT + €500 including VAT in administration fees • Voluntary auction fees: 26% including VAT for the project owner and other sales • Cash payment required immediately. • Transfer of ownership and risk upon successful bid, with an obligation to insure the lot, particularly in the case of vehicles and equipment. • Collection by appointment, at the purchaser’s expense and risk. • Failure to pay: void bid and sale by repeated auction • Delay in collection: charges may apply and the lot may be ABANDONED ON SITE.
