Following compulsory liquidations and various public auctions of vehicles and commercial equipment.

THE SALE LIST IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD; IT INCLUDES THE JUDICIAL AND VOLUNTARY FEES FOR EACH LOT.
VIEWING – on the day of the sale from 8.30 am to 10.00 am.
Our firm does not arrange for items to be dispatched – not even in exceptional circumstances –
MANDATORY – UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED: Collection of lots on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. BEYOND THIS PERIOD, STORAGE CHARGES OF €4.50 excl. VAT per day per lot, €25.00 excl. VAT per day per vehicle, €50.00 excl. VAT per day per lorry and machinery will apply.

Payment terms:
CASH ONLY.
A cheque or credit card and proof of identity are required to register, and a KBIS certificate less than 3 months old is required for companies.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash under the following conditions.
- Cash accepted up to €750 for business customers and €1,000 for private individuals.
- Credit cards accepted without restriction, provided the cardholder’s credit limit is available for large purchases
- Bank transfers are accepted without restriction
For orders exceeding €3,000, a banker’s draught, a bank transfer or payment by credit card is MANDATORY.
It is not possible to pay for a single order using a combination of different payment methods. Only one payment method per invoice, subject to the conditions set out above.
Cheques are no longer accepted due to an excessive number of unpaid cheques.
The buyer’s name cannot be changed on the lot description once the hammer has fallen.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
