TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – SUMMARY FOR JUDICIAL AND VOLUNTARY BUYERS • Any bid constitutes an irrevocable commitment to purchase. • Any live auction award is provisional pending confirmation by the Auctioneers’ or Judicial Officers’ Office; only the official record from the office shall be deemed authentic, and not the provisional information received from the live auction platform. • Photographs are not contractually binding. • Quantity, stock and weight are provided for information purposes only and are not subject to dispute. • Judicial sale – goods sold ‘as is’ without warranty. • Live auction fees in addition to sales charges: +1.8% including VAT or (+€72 including VAT for vehicles). • Court fees: 14.28% incl. VAT • Fees for vehicles and equipment sold by voluntary auction: 15% incl. VAT + €500 incl. VAT in administration fees • Voluntary auction fees: 26% incl.
