Auction invoices sent by email are sometimes filtered into your spam folder, so please remember to check your spam folder Please allow 24 hours after confirming the 3DS link or making an immediate bank transfer before you receive your paid invoice (3–4 working days for a standard bank transfer) Any auction invoice remaining unpaid more than 10 days after the sale may be recorded in the TEMIS register, and the deposit (if applicable) may be retained to cover procedural costs. Any payment made after inclusion on the TEMIS register will incur a flat-rate surcharge of €50 (including VAT) for administrative costs. For Chronos auctions: You must settle your invoice via the 3DS link received by text message from Interenchères at the end of the auction. No charge will be taken from your Interenchères credit card.
