Sale by appointment at the solicitors’ offices
Following compulsory liquidations and voluntary sales
Buyers are advised to enquire about the condition of the vehicles prior to the sale, as the sale is conducted without warranty.
Lots may be withdrawn from the sale if a mandate is not received by the deadline.
In addition to the hammer price, successful bidders will pay the following charges:
- 11.9% excluding VAT (i.e. 14.28% including VAT) for judicial vehicles marked with an asterisk *.
- 15% excluding VAT (i.e. 18% including VAT) for vehicles offered voluntarily
Additional Live Service fees for all vehicles
- €60 excluding VAT (i.e. €72 including VAT) per vehicle
Additional charges for voluntarily submitted vehicles
- Administration fee: €60 including VAT (two-wheelers) / €120 including VAT (passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, motor homes, etc.)
- Roadworthiness test: €80 including VAT per vehicle (where carried out)
