Payment terms:
PAYMENT OF THE SALE PRICE The public auction is conducted on a cash-only basis and the Successful Bidder must pay the Sale Price immediately after the auction, regardless of whether they intend to remove their Lot from French territory (see below ‘Removal from French territory’). The Successful Bidder must personally pay the Sale Price and, in particular, where payment is made from a bank account, must be the account holder. For any payment of an invoice exceeding €10,000, the successful bidder will be required to provide proof of the origin of the funds in accordance with Article L.561-5, 14° of the Monetary and Financial Code. Payment may be made as follows: • in cash, for debts (as per the invoice) totalling €1,000 or less where the debtor is resident for tax purposes in France or is acting in the course of a professional activity, and for debts totalling €15,000 or less where the debtor can prove that they are not resident for tax purposes within the territory of the French Republic and are not acting in the course of a professional activity. In the event of the purchase of several lots, unless otherwise specified by the buyer at the time of partial payment, the buyer waives the benefit of Article 1342-10 of the Civil Code and authorises Millon to allocate their partial payment towards their various outstanding purchase prices, in the interests of the parties and to ensure the effective completion of all contracts of sale. LATE PAYMENT Any payment made more than 30 days after the Auction will incur late payment penalties equal to three times the statutory interest rate, as well as a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs. In the event of non-payment, where the item is resold following a re-auction in accordance with the provisions of Article L.321-14 of the Commercial Code, the defaulting successful bidder shall also be required to pay to Millon, acting on behalf of the seller, the difference between the first Hammer Price and the second Hammer Price, if the latter is lower than the former, without prejudice to any damages that may be due to the Seller and to Millon. Millon also reserves the right to set off any amounts owed by the defaulting successful bidder or to cash the deposit cheques.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
