o 6th day after the sale: A flat-rate charge of €87.45 (excl. VAT) per lot will apply;
o An additional €7.95 (excl. VAT) will be added to the flat-rate charge of €87.45 (excl. VAT) for each additional calendar day from the 6th day following the date of the sale, per lot.
These charges cover the physical storage and insurance of the goods until they are actually delivered to the buyer. BALSAN ENCHÈRES reserves the right to resell the lots in question, in accordance with the conditions set out in the applicable regulations, where storage costs exceed the amount of the purchase invoice.
