Terms of sale
Following judicial seizure and liquidation (Eurofins), and a voluntary sale.
Live and in-person sale, partly by appointment, at Classic Auto Services in CONFLANS EN JARNISY (54800).
VAT recoverable, unless otherwise stated.
Collection after full payment, BY APPOINTMENT:
- Lots 10 to 44: after the sale from 3.00 pm, or ONLY on 21 July from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. No packaging or dispatch by the auction house. See dispatch options with MBE or COCOLIS.
- Other lots: see lot description. Within 30 days. No packaging or dispatch by the auction house. See dispatch options with MBE or COCOLIS.
- Vehicles: by Thursday 24 September inclusive – After this date: parking charges of €20 (excl. VAT) per day. Collection from Classic Auto Services, ZA Val de l’Orne, Rue Paul Filliod, 54800 CONFLANS-EN-JARNISY.
Lots remain the sole responsibility of the buyer from the moment the bid is accepted.
A MANDATORY DEPOSIT of €100 is required to bid live (not cashed before the sale) (€500 for lots estimated at over €1,000). Lots are sold as is, without any guarantees.
THE SALE IS FOR CASH ONLY. IF THE COLLECTION DEADLINES ARE MISSED, UNCOLLECTED ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED. The full amount of the deposit will be retained as an administration fee should the successful bidder fail to make payment and collect the goods, for whatever reason. The deposit cannot automatically be treated as a deposit towards the final payment. The auctioned items will then be put up for sale again in a repeat auction.
