Requests for telephone bidding, purchase orders and live bidding are a facility and a service provided free of charge by the auctioneers, who cannot be held liable for any failure to carry them out correctly or for any technical problems. All purchase orders and requests for telephone bidding must be submitted by 4.00 pm on the day before the sale at the latest, accompanied by full names, complete addresses, proof of identity, telephone contact details and bank details (SWIFT code or RIB). Should any of this information be missing, the auctioneers reserve the right not to consider the request. Lots will be sold by call at the Auction House. Equipment is sold ‘as is’ without warranty. Collection and dismantling are at the purchaser’s expense and under their responsibility; this must not cause any damage, and safety measures must be observed. Professional equipment must be dismantled by an authorised company. The lots awarded shall remain at the risk and expense of the successful bidders from the moment the bid is declared, even if delivery has not yet taken place.
