After these deadlines, any lot not collected will be deemed abandoned, with no possibility of a refund or recourse. Dismantling and collection: Each buyer is responsible for their lot as soon as the bid is declared successful. Dismantling and collection must be carried out in a professional manner and with due regard for the premises: no damage must be caused to walls, floors, doors or any other structure. In the event of damage, the full cost of repairs shall be borne by the successful bidder concerned. For equipment requiring disconnection (electricity, plumbing, etc.), the successful bidder must provide the necessary equipment: connectors, plugs, suitable wrenches, etc. No water damage or electrical accidents must be caused.
