Exhibition and condition reports: There will be no in-person exhibition. Lots can be viewed on Interencheres. The publication of photographs online constitutes a public exhibition. Lots are sold as seen. To find out the condition of a lot, please do not hesitate to request additional photographs and condition reports. Live auction only: It will not be possible to attend the auction in person; it will take place exclusively on the Interenchereslive website. Buy-in orders will be accepted, but telephone bids will not be accepted. Storage: Storage of lots is free of charge for 14 days following the sale. Beyond this period, storage charges will apply: - for small lots: €5 (incl. VAT) per day per item - for furniture and bulky lots: €10 (incl. VAT) per day per item If lots are not collected by the successful bidder and the storage fees exceed the hammer price, the auctioneer is expressly authorised to put them back up for sale on behalf of the successful bidder. The sale will take place without a reserve price and subject to a seller’s commission of 16.8% (including VAT). The auctioneer is expressly authorised to deduct from the sale price an amount equal to the seller’s commission and the storage charges, with the balance going to the seller. Collection: Lots will be handed over to buyers or their carriers at the auctioneer’s premises BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The auction house does not arrange for lots to be sent by post.
