Following the compulsory liquidation of LE BAOBAB SARL, at the request of SELARL PRAXIS, the liquidator.
On-site sale at 11.00 am. Viewing prior to the sale from 10.30 am.
Collection on site, after the sale.
Lots are sold as seen, in their current condition. The sale is of a judicial nature and, consequently, there is no warranty of any kind in respect of the items sold. There is no warranty against hidden defects. All bids are final, whether made in person or online. There is no right of withdrawal.
Lots will only be released once the invoice has been paid in full. These invoices will be sent to you by email or handed over in person after the auction has ended (there will be no partial collection against partial payment of the invoices; invoices must be paid in full).
