Exhibition and condition reports: There will be no in-person exhibition. Lots can be viewed on Interencheres. The publication of photographs online constitutes a public exhibition. Lots are sold as seen. To find out the condition of a lot, please do not hesitate to request additional photographs and condition reports. Live auction only: It will not be possible to attend the auction in person; it will take place exclusively on the Interenchereslive website. Purchase orders will be accepted, but telephone bids will not be accepted. Storage: Storage of lots is free of charge for 14 days following the sale. After this period, storage charges will apply: - for small lots: €5 (including VAT) per day per item - for furniture and bulky lots: €10 (including VAT) per day per item If lots are not collected by the buyer and the storage charges exceed the hammer price, the auctioneer is expressly authorised to put them up for sale again on the buyer’s behalf. The sale will take place without a reserve price and subject to a seller’s commission of 16.8% (including VAT). The auctioneer is expressly authorised to deduct from the sale price the amount equivalent to the seller’s commission and the storage costs, with the balance going to the seller. Collection: Lots will be collected by buyers or their carriers from the auction house BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The auction house does not arrange for lots to be sent by post.
