Following the 3 September “Bar le Cunningham” sale, a supplementary sale
Chrono auctions are auctions in which lots are put up for auction for a number of days determined by the auctioneer, during which you can bid continuously until the timer runs out. Any bid placed on a lot in the final minute resets the timer to 60 seconds, allowing you to bid for as long as you wish. The final bid when the timer runs out will be the winning bid*.
There are two ways to bid on Chrono auctions listed on Interencheres:
Direct bids: until the timer on the lot runs out, you can bid any amount you wish, from your computer or smartphone. Simply enter your bid amount on the lot page and confirm it, or confirm the next suggested bid with a single click. If you place a bid within a few seconds of the timer running out, an additional 60 seconds will be added to allow you to bid before the lot closes in the Chrono auction*.
Automatic bids: These bids are also available for Chrono auctions. The principle is the same as for a live auction: you set your maximum bid, and bids will then be placed automatically on your behalf against other bidders, if any. The maximum amounts for automatic bids are not disclosed to the auctioneers. Bidders are therefore guaranteed to purchase the item at the fairest price if they win the auction.
* The postponement of the auction following a last-minute bid is limited. The closing time for lots in a Chrono auction may not exceed midnight (00:00 on the day after the auction).

Lots are to be collected from the Hôtel des Ventes in Saint-Malo.
Storage: 15 days after the sale, after which a charge of €1 excl. VAT per day per item and €5 excl. VAT per day per piece of furniture will apply.
