WEAPONS, MILITARIA & INTERIOR DESIGN - Miniatures, Paintings, Works of Art and Decorative Objects, Hunting & Militaria, Furniture... (336 lots) Viewing: 10.30 am to 12 noon. Registration is compulsory to bid; this can be done on site from 10.30 am, upon presentation of a means of payment and a national identity card, in exchange for a bidder’s card. Auction at 2.00 pm.

In the event of payment by cheque, we reserve the right to withhold the lots until the cheque has been cleared. Sale fees: 24% including VAT for voluntary auctions; 14.28% including VAT for judicial auctions. Purchase certificates will be sent by email only. Maître Thélot, judicial auctioneer, and Vendée Enchères are registered with Temis (the database of restrictions on online bidding).

Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
