Bids are made with the sales commission included in the displayed price. An administration fee is charged in addition: €200 (including VAT) for petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles without a battery certificate €285 (including VAT) for electric vehicles with a battery health certificate Sales made via Interenchères are subject to a surcharge of: €80 (including VAT) per vehicle sold Full payment must be made within 2 working days of the invoice being sent. The vehicle must be collected within a maximum of 7 working days (in France), subject to an appointment being made. Storage fees may apply if these deadlines are exceeded. All bids are final and irrevocably binding on the bidder. The award of the bid results in the transfer of ownership.
