JUDICIAL SALE
The sale relates exclusively to movable property and stock, comprising:
- Stock consisting of sports and leisure clothing, footwear, sports equipment, accessories and miscellaneous items;
- Shopfitting and display furniture, including in particular shelving units, gondola displays, clothes racks, display stands, shelves, counters and shop fittings;
- Operating equipment, including in particular IT equipment, office furniture and various items of equipment necessary for the business;
More generally, all tangible movable property and stock inventoried on site and included in this sale.

The following are notably excluded from the sale: the customer base, the shop sign, the trading name, the right to the lease and all other intangible assets.
The goods are sold as is, without warranty, following a viewing and the opportunity for purchasers to carry out any necessary checks.
Sale as a single lot – no division of the lot will be permitted.
