*** Please note that any item bearing the ‘LES BURGERS DE LUCIEN’ trademark may not be used for any purpose whatsoever due to the termination of the trademark licence agreement***
The successful bidder undertakes to cease all use of the ‘LES BURGERS DE LUCIEN’ brand, in any form and for any purpose whatsoever.
All distinctive features of the brand, in particular the decorative frieze, the awning, the signboard, the logos, menus, advertisements, branded customer information boards and any other medium containing information relating to the trade mark, must be removed and made available to the ‘LES BURGERS DE LUCIEN’ trade mark in order to avoid any risk of imitation, confusion or unfair competition.
Under these conditions, the successful bidder shall be personally responsible for complying with the obligations set out above. SAS SYSLAW shall not be held liable for any breach on the part of the successful bidder
