To mark the auction of the furnishings from the Maison du Paysan – an iconic 1960s building in the very heart of Bordeaux – the Hôtel des Ventes Bordeaux Quinconces invites you to come and hunt for designer office furniture from the 1970s!
You’ll find pieces by designers such as ARNE JACOBSEN and EERO SAARINEN!
IMPORTANT PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
- Viewing day: Monday 21 September, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (open all day), at the Maison du Paysan, 17 Rue Foy, 33000 Bordeaux (parking available in the building’s car park)
- Auction venue: Hôtel des Ventes Bordeaux Quinconces, 9 Rue Foy – 24 Rue Ferrère, 33000 BORDEAUX
- Collection arrangements: lots may be collected on Wednesday 23 September throughout the day, or by appointment until 30 SEPTEMBER at the latest, directly from the Maison du Paysan building at 17 Rue Foy, 33000 Bordeaux (entrance via the building’s car park, where parking is available).
AS AN EXCEPTION, as the timeframe for collecting prizes is particularly short, we would be grateful if you could bear in mind the deadline of 30 September, after which it will no longer be possible to collect prizes.
PLEASE NOTE: lorries larger than 20m³ cannot be parked in the car park!
