Created under time pressure, live and without a safety net, these works showcase the artists’ virtuosity, the spontaneity of their brushstrokes and the freedom that is unique to Formula Bula. Having been kept at the festival’s premises for several editions, they are now being given a new lease of life through a charity auction. For the first time, Formula Bula is bringing together these unique large-format pieces (approximately 1.30 x 2.40 m) alongside original works, personal drawings and art pages submitted by comic book artists specifically for this sale. The proceeds from the sale will directly support the creators and the Formula Bula festival. A rare opportunity to take home a drawing by an artist and help keep independent creativity alive.
