TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – SUMMARY FOR JUDICIAL AND VOLUNTARY PURCHASERS • Any bid constitutes an irrevocable commitment to purchase. • Any live auction award is provisional pending confirmation by the Auctioneers’ or Bailiffs’ Office; only the official report from the office shall be deemed valid, not the provisional information received from the live auction platform. • Photographs are for illustrative purposes only • Quantity, stock levels and weight are provided for information purposes only; no claims will be accepted • Judicial sale – goods sold ‘as is’ without warranty. • Live auction fees in addition to sale fees: +1.8% incl. VAT or (+€72 incl. VAT for vehicles). • Court fees: 14.28% incl. VAT • Fees for vehicles and equipment sold voluntarily: 15% incl. VAT + €500 incl. VAT administration fee • Voluntary sale fees: 26% incl. VAT for the project owner and other sales • Cash payment required immediately. • Transfer of ownership and risk upon successful bid, with an obligation to insure the lot, particularly for vehicles and equipment. • Collection by appointment, at the purchaser’s expense and risk. • Failure to pay: void bid and sale by repeated auction • Delayed collection: charges may apply and the lot may be ABANDONED ON SITE.
