Terms of sale
At 10.00 am and 2.30 pm: Over 400 lots of jewellery, trinkets, display items, antique toys, paintings and furniture.
We will not accept any requests for dispatch via COCOLIS.
‘The sale will be conducted on a cash-only basis in euros.
In addition to the hammer price, buyers will pay the following fees:
In voluntary sales: 25% including VAT (in the auction room, by telephone). To this is added 1.8% including VAT on INTERENCHERES / 1.8% including VAT on DROUOT / AUCTION
In judicial sales: 14.28% including VAT (in the auction room or by telephone). In addition, 1.20% including VAT applies on INTERENCHERES and €48 including VAT in the event of the purchase of a vehicle
All items are sold as seen, with any imperfections, faults, wear and tear, and restorations.
The working order of watches, clocks and timepieces, and the condition of their mechanisms, are not guaranteed
As restorations, missing parts and damage are not systematically listed in the description, it is advisable to request a condition report prior to the sale. SAS SADDE cannot be held liable for any shortcomings whatsoever.
The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition.
In the context of LIVE sales, if you are the successful bidder online via a live bid or through a secret bid, you authorise SAS SADDE or SELARL SADDE, if they so wish, to use your credit card details to process payment, in full or in part, for your purchases, including the standard buyer’s fees, up to a maximum of twice 1,100 euros
Any online bid shall be deemed an irrevocable commitment to purchase.
Any auction invoice remaining unpaid to SADDE or subject to late payment may be recorded in the Register of Restrictions on Access to Auctions (‘ TEMIS Register”) operated by the company Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM).
Lots are held free of charge for up to 5 weeks after the sale.
After 5 weeks:
- If you use a carrier, storage charges must be paid before collection (€5 per day per lot).
- If you come to collect your purchases directly from the auction house, payment of the storage charges must be made before your visit (€5 per day per lot).
- Uncollected furniture will be transported and stored at the purchaser’s expense at L’UNIVERS DE L’OCCASION, 70100 RIGNY. Transport: €50 per item of furniture – Storage: €6 per day per item of furniture or lot.”
