If you have not made any enquiries prior to the sale, no claims regarding the condition of the lots will be accepted after the sale. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We advise you to collect your lots as soon as possible to avoid handling, security and storage charges, which will be at your expense from 10 NOVEMBER 2026, at a rate of €10 (including VAT) (works of art, paintings, etc.) and €30 including VAT (furniture) per day of delay. The auction house accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with storage. For buyers in the auction room, placing firm bids or telephone bids: Immediate payment. - Credit card: Please ensure your spending limit is increased before the auction. - Bank transfer: Our bank details will be on your buyer’s statement sent by email. - Please note: we no longer accept cheques. Lots will only be released once the full hammer price has been paid; confirmation of bank transfer orders issued by your bank will not be accepted. (Please be aware of bank transfer processing times) Any auction invoice that remains unpaid or is subject to late payment may be recorded in the Auction Access Restrictions Register (‘TEMIS Register’), which can be accessed by all auction houses.
