Terms of sale
Following the compulsory liquidation of MAYEUR ET ROMANI, by order of the Commercial Court of Versailles, and at the request of SCP CHAUSSELAT, the judicial liquidator: various construction and roofing equipment and stock.
Live and in-person auction, by appointment at the VERSAILLES auction house and on-site via video link in UCKANGE (57270), Route de Vitry-sur-Orne.

Collection after full payment, immediately after the sale on-site in UCKANGE until 3.00 pm, or by appointment ONLY on 2 October from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. Collection possible on 9 October for certain large lots as indicated.
Lots become the sole responsibility of the buyer as soon as the bid is accepted.
THE SALE IS FOR CASH ONLY. IF THE COLLECTION DEADLINES ARE MISSED, UNCOLLECTED ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. The full amount of the deposit will be retained as an administration fee should the successful bidder fail to settle the payment and collect the goods, for whatever reason. The deposit cannot automatically be treated as a down payment towards the final settlement. The auctioned items will then be put up for sale again at a repeat auction.
