IMPORTANT: Any auction invoice remaining unpaid to LOUIZA AUKTION within one month, or for which payment is delayed, will result in the defaulting buyer being registered on the TEMIS Register: a national register of payment incidents and defaulters, which will subsequently prevent them from bidding anywhere in France. SHIPPING (excluding furniture) We handle dispatch after the sale. A quote for the dispatch of your lots (excluding furniture and large-scale artworks) will be provided to you after the sale by the auction house. You may also choose to use a carrier other than the auction house’s (www.thepackengers.com or www.mbebelgium.be).

AUCTIONS Auctions follow the order of the catalogue numbers. LOUIZA AUKTION & ASSOCIES reserves the right to set the incremental bid amounts, and bidders undertake to comply with these. The highest bidder and the last bidder shall be the successful bidder. In the event of a dispute or an error in the award, the lot shall be put up for auction again. The bailiff or auctioneer conducting the sale shall have sole discretion to resolve any difficulties that may arise concerning the bidding during the sale. In particular, in the event of a double award during the live auction on two online auction platforms, or any other error resulting from a network delay, only the auctioneer is authorised to determine the final bidder.
