The items on offer are second-hand and sold as is, without warranty. They may show signs of wear, defects, missing parts, repairs or restoration, whether visible or not. It is the responsibility of each buyer to ascertain the condition, nature, quality, quantity and conformity of the lots before bidding or purchasing. A viewing session is organised on the morning of the auction to allow buyers to assess the condition of the items and lots, their composition and quantity. Enquiries may be made by email to request further information or photographs. Consequently, no claims will be accepted after the auction regarding the condition, wear and tear, restorations, defects or quantity of lots that could have been checked during this viewing.
