CONDITION REPORT
No claims regarding the condition or level of the bottles will be accepted after the auction in respect of lots photographed and displayed on the internet. However, for further details, you may contact the Auction House to request additional photographs prior to the sale.
DELIVERY OF LOTS
No complaints will be accepted regarding any damage that may occur after the lots have been delivered, particularly during transport (broken bottles or liquid leaks). To avoid any issues during transport, it is advisable to arrange collection by a qualified service provider who will take the necessary precautions regarding handling and packaging during transport.
SEAL INTEGRITY
Vintage bottles are stored lying down, which confirms the integrity of their seal prior to sale. However, please note that the bottles must be placed upright during transport to prevent the liquid from coming into contact with the stopper and thereby compromising the seal that was intact prior to sale. No disputes on this matter will be accepted.
COLLECTION OF LOTS
Collection of lots from the auction house is by APPOINTMENT ONLY from 25 October 2026. Collection is not possible during the sale.
For those unable to collect lots themselves, an indicative list of partner hauliers will be provided as an annex to the purchase slip.
Items may be collected from our Paris offices at 3 Cité Rougemont (75009) for a collection fee.
