PREVIEW EXHIBITION IN PARIS A selection of lots will be on display for a preview at the Bureau Mozart, our valuation office located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, from Wednesday 30 September to Monday 5 October 2026. This exhibition is accessible by appointment only. To book an appointment or for further information: Pauline Murat de Chasseloup 3 rue Davioud 75016 Paris +33 6 98 20 77 42 [email protected] PUBLIC VIEWING The public viewing of the lots will take place on site: Thursday 8 October 2026 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Friday 9 October 2026 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Due to the specific layout of the venue and to ensure the best possible visiting conditions, the exhibition will be organised into five visiting slots per day, with a limited number of participants per slot. We invite visitors to book a time slot in advance by contacting: Marie de Calbiac [email protected] Visitors arriving without a prior booking will be admitted to the exhibition subject to capacity and the availability of time slots. In the event of high visitor numbers, they may be asked to wait until the next available time slot. This arrangement has been put in place to take into account the nature of the venue, to ensure the safety of visitors and the artworks, and to enable everyone to explore the collection in the best possible conditions. THE AUCTION The auction will take place on site on Saturday 10 October 2026 at 9.00 am. Access to the auction The auction will take place at the venue indicated in the catalogue. The venue will be open to the public from 8.30 am. Bidding on site Those wishing to bid on site must first register with the auction house and present a valid form of identification as well as a means of payment. Given the specific organisational arrangements for this sale, payments made on site will, exceptionally, only be accepted by credit card. Online bidding It will also be possible to participate in the auction live and remotely via Drouot Live and Interencheres Live. Bidders wishing to participate online must register in advance on the platform of their choice and comply with its registration and participation terms and conditions. Purchase orders and telephone bidding Those unable to attend the sale may also submit a purchase order or request a call to bid by telephone, subject to prior acceptance of their request by AGUTTES. Important: no requests for condition reports or telephone bidding will be guaranteed for lots with a low estimate of less than €300. Those interested in these lots are invited to attend the public viewing to examine them prior to the sale and to prioritise bidding in the auction room or online. Buy-in orders and telephone bidding requests are offered as a service to bidders and will be executed in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale. Collection of lots on the day of the sale No lots may be collected on the day of the sale. Collection may commence from Sunday 11 October 2026, by appointment only and in accordance with the terms set out below. Outdoor sale and weather conditions The sale will take place outdoors at the venue indicated in the catalogue. Participants are advised to bring, at their own risk, appropriate clothing and protective equipment suited to the weather conditions on the day of the sale. In the event of inclement weather, adverse weather conditions, force majeure or, more generally, any circumstances preventing the auction from taking place as originally planned, the auction house reserves the right to adjust the arrangements for the sale, to change the venue or, if necessary, to postpone the sale to a later date. COLLECTION OF LOTS ON SITE Lots may be collected on site after the sale on the following dates: Sunday 11 October 2026 from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday 12 October 2026 from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Collection will be by appointment only, to be arranged in advance with: Marie de Calbiac [email protected] It is the responsibility of successful bidders to make the necessary arrangements for the packing, handling and collection of their lots, depending on their nature, dimensions and weight. No packaging materials or handling staff can be guaranteed on site. Successful bidders are therefore advised to make all necessary arrangements prior to their appointment. Important: if the successful bidder is unable to collect their lots during these two days, their collection must be arranged via a haulage contractor or, for eligible lots, using one of the shuttle services offered to Paris or Lyon, in accordance with the terms set out below. No subsequent collection from the venue can be guaranteed. TRANSPORT OF LOTS Successful bidders who do not wish to, or are unable to, collect their purchases themselves may engage a carrier of their choice for the packing, handling, collection and delivery of their lots. The successful tenderer is free to choose their own carrier and may also engage any other professional of their choice. The terms of service, deadlines, rates, insurance, packaging and transport arrangements are to be agreed directly between the successful bidder and the chosen carrier. SHUTTLE SERVICES TO PARIS AND LYON Following the auction, successful bidders may also, upon request, benefit from a consolidated transport service for certain lots to our offices in Paris or Lyon, provided by a professional carrier. This shuttle service is reserved for objects and paintings that meet the categories and conditions set out in the price list below. The price is determined per lot, based on its nature, dimensions and bulk. The dimensions given correspond to the maximum dimensions of the lot. For paintings and framed works, these include the frame. Lots consisting of several items are classified according to their overall dimensions once packed, the number of items and handling requirements. This category also includes consignments comprising several small frames, paintings, drawings or prints. €60 Large painting / frame Longest side between 101 and 150 cm. €80 Items excluded from the shuttle service Furniture, regardless of its type or dimensions, is excluded from the shuttle service to Paris and Lyon and must be the subject of a specific delivery request to a carrier. Also excluded from the flat-rate pricing are consignments that are oversized, particularly heavy, fragile or requiring special handling or packaging conditions, notably: garden statues, heavy sculptures, stone or marble items, and, more generally, any consignment that cannot be handled under the shuttle service’s standard conditions. These lots must be the subject of a specific transport request and, where applicable, a quotation drawn up by the carrier based, in particular, on the delivery location, the dimensions and weight of the lot, as well as access and handling conditions. Collection of lots transported by shuttle service Eligible lots may be transported, at the successful bidder’s discretion, to either our Paris or Lyon offices.
