You will also be asked to provide the company’s articles of association for bids of €10,000 or more (including fees). However, if the articles of association list other managing directors, their identity documents must also be provided. FOR ALL PURCHASERS (individuals and companies): We will also ask you to complete the anti-money laundering form and return it to us signed. Please note that lots will not be handed over if any documents are missing. We would therefore be grateful if you could ensure your documents are in order before the sale.
