SALE OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT (FOLLOWING COURT ORDER, REPOSSESSION, VOLUNTARY SALE)
Court fees: 14.28% including VAT, Voluntary fees: 18% incl. VAT + €360 incl. VAT; cash payment certified by credit card or bank transfer; collection by appointment.
For vehicles, mileage figures are provided for information purposes only and are taken from the odometers. The dates of first registration are those recorded on the administrative documents. Buyers undertake to insure their vehicles as soon as the auction is concluded and to collect the vehicles in accordance with the terms specified by the auction house. Lots purchased at the auction must be collected within 7 days of the auction; storage charges will apply thereafter. After one month in storage, lots will be deemed abandoned.
For designated sales, viewings and collection will take place on the day and date notified by the firm; buyers must attend as soon as collection begins.
Service fees for all direct bids and confidential purchase orders placed via the www.interencheres.com platform:
• For voluntary sales, in the furniture, art objects and professional equipment categories: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price (i.e. +1.8% including VAT).
• For judicial sales, in the ‘furniture, works of art and professional equipment’ category: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price (i.e. +1.80% including VAT)
• For vehicles, a surcharge of €60 excluding VAT per vehicle (i.e. +€72 including VAT per vehicle in both judicial and voluntary sales).
It is the successful bidder’s responsibility to complete all administrative and financial formalities required to register the vehicle in the desired country.
The cost of obtaining certificates of conformity, compliance certificates, clearance certificates and any certificates from the French Federation of Vintage Vehicles (FFVE) shall be borne by the successful bidders.
All procedures relating to individual registration applications for imported vehicles shall also be the responsibility of the successful bidders.
CONAN-BELLEVILLE HOTEL D’AINAY/ACTALLIANCE cannot be held liable for any registration difficulties, as the successful bidder has the opportunity to verify the geographical origins of the vehicles and the administrative documents in our possession for each lot presented.
Pursuant to the sale order issued by Mr Guillaume BRUN D’ARRE, the Insolvency Judge at the Commercial Court of Lyon, dated 28 September 2026, following an application by SELARL MARIE DUBOIS, represented by Maître Marie DUBOIS, of 32 rue Molière, 69006 Lyon, appointed as the Insolvency Administrator by a judgement dated 25 August 2026.
A ‘Licence IV’ (high-category) licence to serve alcoholic drinks for consumption on the premises, operated at 2 A route de Lyon, 69530 BRIGNAIS by the company L’ADDICT, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 847 683 430, with its registered office at 2 A route de Lyon, 69530 BRIGNAIS.
