Regarding the public auction of the Class IV licence for the sale of alcoholic beverages, arising from the simplified judicial liquidation of Mr Hubert LEFEBVRE, who operates a pub under the name ‘Le Café de la Paix’, registered with the EVREUX Trade and Companies Register under number 791 685 894, with its registered office at 8 rue Thiers, 27130 VERNEIL D’AVRE ET D’ITON, in judicial liquidation pursuant to a judgement of the Commercial Court of Évreux dated 6 September 2026, the said Class IV licence registered under the name HUBERT LEFEBVRE “Le Café de la Paix” We, the undersigned, Maître Nicolas FIERFORT, of SELAS BELLIER-FIERFORT, Judicial Commissioner in Évreux (27000), residing there, 1, rue de la Petite Cité, 27000 Évreux, following the judicial liquidation ordered on 6 September 2026, have drawn up these terms and conditions setting out the terms and conditions under which the public auction of the aforementioned Class IV licence will take place. This sale is being conducted at the request of Maître Maxime DIESBECQ, residing at 9 rue Ducy, 27000 Évreux, acting in his capacity as the Judicial Liquidator for the judicial liquidation of Mr HUBERT LEFEBVRE, a position to which the liquidator was appointed pursuant toa judgement of the Commercial Court of Évreux dated 6 September 2026 and specifically authorised for this sale by authorisation LICENCE FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF ORIGIN: VERNEUIL-SUR-AVRE • It is specified that this Licence IV is NOT the town’s last Licence IV RESERVE PRICE: €12,000 EXCLUDING RECOVERABLE VAT PLACE AND DATE OF THE AUCTION: In accordance with the Order authorising the sale, the auction will be conducted by the firm SELAS BELLIER & FIERFORT on: Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 2.00 pm at L’HOTEL DES VENTES D’EVREUX, 1, rue de la Petite Cité – 27000 EVREUX
