For distance sales, the buyer is deemed to have enquired about the condition of the item; failing this, no claims will be accepted. IMPORTANT > Dismantling and removal are the sole responsibility of the buyer, who must provide the necessary tools, handling/lifting equipment and labour, and ensure the safety of people and the building. No handling equipment will be made available to you on site. > Lots are sold as is without warranty; the information and photographs provided are for guidance only and are not contractually binding. The final lots will be determined by the auctioneer on the day of the sale, and the auctioneer reserves the right to split or merge lots (including selling them as a single lot right up until the last moment). > Once knocked down, the lots are your sole responsibility; the transfer of risk occurs simultaneously with the transfer of ownership at the moment the lot is declared sold.
