It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to attend the pre-sale exhibition, to examine each lot prior to the sale, and to rely on their own judgement. Mileage, hours on the clock, etc., are provided for information purposes only.
Corrections may be displayed in the auction room before the auction begins, or announced by the judicial auctioneer at the start of or during the auction, and recorded in the auction minutes.
