Starting price: €20,000 (rent and service charges due since the transfer of ownership on 17 June 2026 are payable by the successful bidder). The reserve price applies up to €5,000 to intangible assets (goodwill, leasehold rights) and up to €15,000 to tangible assets as described in the terms and conditions. Sale in the context of the judicial liquidation of EURL MLW GRENOBLE (judgement of the Commercial Court of Grenoble dated 21 July 26) and carried out pursuant to an order of Ms SIVERA, the Insolvency Judge, dated 9 September 2026.
