The purpose of the viewing is to enable all buyers to check the condition and contents of the lot. We strongly encourage you to attend. Please note that no claims regarding the condition or contents of the lot will be accepted after the sale.
Collection of lots:
Lots may be collected on Thursday 5 November 2026 in AVRANCHES, from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
No collection will be possible after these dates.
After these deadlines, any lot not collected will be deemed abandoned, with no possibility of a refund or recourse.
Dismantling and collection:
Each buyer is responsible for their lot as soon as the bid is accepted.
Dismantling and collection must be carried out in a professional manner and with due regard for the premises: no damage must be caused to walls, floors, doors or any other structure. In the event of damage, the full cost of repairs shall be borne by the purchaser concerned.
