Following the compulsory liquidation of PLITAL CONSTRUCTION – ROGER MOUREU
Buyers are advised to enquire about the condition of the vehicles prior to the sale, as the sale is conducted without warranty.
Lots may be withdrawn from the sale if a mandate is not received within the specified time limit.
In addition to the hammer price, successful bidders will pay the following fees:
- 11.9% excluding VAT (i.e. 14.28% including VAT) for court-seized vehicles marked with an asterisk *.
- 15% excluding VAT (i.e. 18% including VAT) for vehicles offered voluntarily
Additional Live Service fees for all vehicles
- €60 excluding VAT (i.e. €72 including VAT) per vehicle
Additional charges for voluntarily submitted vehicles
- Administration fee: €60 including VAT (two-wheelers) / €120 including VAT (passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, motorised tricycles, etc.)
- Roadworthiness test: €80 including VAT per vehicle (where carried out)
