Sales commission at 18% excluding VAT (21.6% including VAT); VAT recoverable.
Sale organised in conjunction with SCP Valérie BRUNEL-PERET, Associate Judicial Officer in PERPIGNAN (66000), 5 Rue Robert de Cotte. The keys to the premises from which the oven is to be dismantled must be collected from and returned to Maître Valérie BRUNEL-PERET. Dismantling must be carried out within one day, and the premises must be returned in the same condition as on arrival. The successful bidder shall be liable for any damage or soiling caused by negligence. The exact address will be provided to the successful bidder.
