Withdrawal of lots:
- Pick-ups are by appointment ONLY and will be possible from Tuesday to Friday between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm and on Saturday between 10:30 am and 1 pm, unless the auction is closed for exceptional reasons. No prize can be delivered without a prior appointment. Bidders present in the auction room may collect their lots on the day of the sale.
- Please note that lots not collected within 15 days of the sale will be subject to a daily storage fee of €6 (incl. VAT). After this period, lots may only be collected once the storage fee has been paid.
- For withdrawals made by a third party, a power of attorney must be sent to us by e-mail stating the full name of the person responsible for the withdrawal. The person in charge of the collection must come to the store, by appointment only, with their identity card and your slip (printed or by telephone). The same applies to withdrawals via Cocolis.
