1 - If you are bidding "live" on Interencheres.com : - for an amount over €100 including costs: you will receive a secure payment link from Interencheres. - for an amount of less than €100 including costs: You don't have to do a thing! Payment will be debited automatically on the evening of the session via our Interencheres interface. You will receive your paid invoice after validation by Interencheres, from the Tuesday following the sale. However, if direct debit does not work, you will receive a secure payment link. 2 - For buyers in the auction room, by firm order or telephone order: We accept various methods of payment, subject to certain conditions. - Bank transfer: The preferred method of payment! Our bank details are shown at the bottom left of the invoice. Transfer fees, if any, are payable by the purchaser. - Credit card: Only if you are physically present at the auction house. Payments by distance selling are no longer accepted as they are not secure. - Cash : Up to €1,000 for individuals and professionals domiciled for tax purposes in France and for professionals domiciled for tax purposes abroad. Up to €10,000 for individuals domiciled abroad for tax purposes and on presentation of their identity paperś corresponding to the wording of the purchaser's slip. - Cheques are no longer accepted. Lots are delivered only after receipt of the provision on our account. Transfer order confirmations issued by your bank are not taken into account. Automatic reminders are sent every week until your consignment note has been paid.

- The items offered for sale are second-hand goods. As such, they are subject to normal wear and tear as a result of use and the passage of time. This "normal wear and tear" is not mentioned, unlike accidents, which are not described as such. When goods offered for sale are "new", this is indicated in the description. * All our results are published on our website a few days after the sale (maximum: 1 week). Any request concerning the non-publication of our results will not be accepted. - Purchases made on live auction platforms can only be delivered after the end of the sale and the necessary end-of-sale tally. We therefore strongly recommend that you collect your lots from the Tuesday following the sale. - Lots may be collected from Ruellan Auction Paris from Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 6pm.
