Live auction of Militaria, Weapons and Historical Souvenirs.
Lots will be on display at our auction house at 49 rue Lafaurie de Monbadon 33000 Bordeaux, on request and by appointment, on 9 July from 10am to 12.30pm, then from 2pm to 6pm, and on 10 July from 10am to 12.30pm.
All our lots come from collections in the South-West of France, and have been appraised by Mr Hervé MATOUS.
For the purchase of category C firearms:
The buyer must not be registered with FINIADA (Fichier National des Personnes Interdites d'Acquisition et de Détention d'Armes), must have an open and valid SIA account (digital rack) and must provide the following documents:
If you are a hunter :
- copy of valid identity document,
- AIS account number duly opened and valid,
- copy of hunting licence,
- copy of the annual validation of the hunting licence for the current or previous year.
If you are a sports shooter :
- copy of valid identity document,
- valid SIA account number,
- copy of valid Fédération Française de Tir licence.
For the purchase of category B firearms:
The buyer must not be registered in FINIADA (Fichier National des Personnes Interdites d'Acquisition et de Détention d'Armes), have a prefectoral authorisation to acquire and hold category B weapons, have a free quota allowing the acquisition and transfer of weapons from the Auction House's Digital Police Book to their SIA account (digital rack) and provide the following documents:
- copy of valid identity document,
- valid SIA account number,
- copy of the valid French Shooting Federation Licence,
In all cases, purchasers must comply with the laws in force on the day of the sale and on the day the firearms are handed over.
Category B and/or C firearms are transferred to the SIA account (digital rack) on the day the firearm or firearms are handed over to the purchaser or on the day the parcel or parcels leave the premises.
In the case of second-hand weapons, hunting, shooting and collection weapons are sold as is, without any guarantee from the study or the expert.
It is the buyer's responsibility to have the weapons checked by a professional before any use.
